Due to the impact resistance of Chromatics panels, it is possible in many applications to specify 4mm glass rather than conventional 6mm, resulting in greater safety & the potential to reduce a buildings glazing weight by a third.
Where 4mm is used, the total cost of the cladding can be recovered through savings made on the reduction of materials used in the buildings structure. |
